Allergy-Friendly Chocolate Chip Muffins

With the cooler temps coming, we’re headed directly into baking season!

These little gems are delicious, and free of gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, rice, corn, and cane sugar.

chocolate chip muffins

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup gluten-free oat flour
1 tsp corn free baking powder
1/2 tsp aluminum free baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 Tbs of flax meal mixed thoroughly with 3 Tbs of water
2/3 cup water
3 Tbsp oil of choice
2/3 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup Enjoy Life Brand Mini Chocolate chips

Directions

Add ingredients in order above, then mix well.

Scoop mixture into greased muffin tins.

Bake at 350 for 20 min.

Let cool, and enjoy!!
