    YUM YUM YUM! This looks great, we will definitely try it. I’ve found coconut milk makes everything taste better! I wouldn’t to add the vanilla and almond extracts but I’m sure it adds a great touch!

    We used rice milk instead of coconut (allergies) and no almond extract (allergies) it was still delicious

    Mmmmm! Looks delicious. We use full fat coconut milk to make whipping cream.
    Refrigerate full fat coconut milk in the can over night. Open can, spoon white solid (coconut fat) into bowl, add sweetener of your choice and vanilla extract. Whip and enjoy!
