    oatmeal is also good for milk supply!

    A lot of these foods also nudge your pH levels more toward the alkaline side, which also makes it easier to get pregnant.

    And so begins cycle 6 (or 7?) of TTC, and this time I have this nifty list. Thank you! And the best part of it is, oh my goodness the yumminess! Sweet potatoes! Black beans! Avocados! Is there anything on this list that I don’t like to eat? (So she asks as she slathers almond butter on her apple …)
