How do you prefer to prepare the tofu? What type of tofu? Any marinade? I am still a tofu newbie — we eat it but usually fall back on the same prep method (pan-frying). Jenn February 8, 2011 at 11:31 am I always bake my tofu. 🙂 Cube it, and throw it in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
