    YUM! You are helping me with my weekly meal plan. We are definitely trying this!

    How do you prefer to prepare the tofu? What type of tofu? Any marinade? I am still a tofu newbie — we eat it but usually fall back on the same prep method (pan-frying).

      I always bake my tofu. 🙂 Cube it, and throw it in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. I turn it half-way through baking. Enjoy!
