I would LOVE a Dive cup. I cloth diaper, so using tampons makes me feel guilty. I told myself I would use cloth as soon as I ran out of Tampons (I bought in bulk at Costco so that could be a few months) but I love the idea of a Dive Cup so much more. Mostly because you only have to change it every 12 hours, and the worse part of my period is being reminded that you are on your period every two hours.

I just visited DivaCup.com and found out that The silicone in the DivaCup does not contain Bisphenol A (BPA). The DivaCup is made from top quality, healthcare grade silicone.
Good to know!

First, I just wanna take this moment to *SQUEE* over the fact that you’re having a mama cloth event. (Though: it’s not just for mamas, lol.) I was wary when I changed to cloth pads… a year ago now, but I would never ever go back. It’s amazing. I haven’t tried the Diva Cup yet, but I’m eager. <3
As for interesting facts from the Diva Cup website: I love that it's an old school product that's been restructured for modern living. Also, that it's the pregnancy itself that changes the size needed, rather than the birth. (They mention in the FAQs that in the event of miscarriage, it depends on the trimester.)
I had no idea that menstrual cups have been around since the 30s! Thanks for the giveaway. I’m just starting to explore greener options and this looks very interesting!
I found this to be really interesting as to how long menstrual cups have been around
The menstrual cup was developed in the 1930’s. It was first made from latex rubber (an allergen for many)… The DivaCup Team has over 38 years of combined experience in natural feminine hygiene alternatives.
I want to win a divacup because I’ve been considering one for when my flow returns. I’m allergic to latex and I have such and unpredictable flow I hate carrying three sizes of tampons around.
