    That post was especially helpful this morning since I woke up feeling kind of crummy. I haven’t been sick since before I was pregnant and my daughter is now 9 months old. I have to admit I’ve taken less care of myself since I stopped nursing. You reminded me how important it is to take care of yourself for you and also to be able to enjoy your baby. I’ll be back on my vitamins, as well as, a stop at the store to pick up two that you suggested. Loved this post!
