My son eats it all the time, and would probably only ever eat yogurt if I let him. The only thing I do different is that every couple of batches, I add a bit of flavored jello (I’m not sure how much–I get a big bag of it from an Amish store and it lasts for quite a while). Anyway, I love it. 🙂 Megan at SortaCrunchy SortaCrunchy June 13, 2011 at 5:47 am Oh, THANK YOU for this! We’ve been eating a TON of Greek yogurt lately, and as you know, it is SO expensive store-bought. I’ve been looking for a simple way to do it at home. Will be trying tomorrow (gotta find a digital thermometer first!). YAY! Beth June 13, 2011 at 10:31 pm If you’re concerned with the fat content, you could try using a lower fat milk. But I’ve only made it with whole milk… Good luck! *B Allister Van Twinkle AllisterVT June 17, 2011 at 9:28 am Yumm! I love Greek yogurt! Thanks for sharing how you made it. Something interesting to do as well.
