You are so right when you say some of the most difficult stages are those you go through as a mother, not those that your children are going through. No one said being a mom was easy, but it certainly is worth the effort of being a good one!

Love your stages! You’re making me think about potty learning all differently. 🙂 And, oh, the student phase! That one has been a trip and a half.

It’s so great that you’ve been enjoying all these stages. I’m right with you on that. Each stage has it’s special lift for being a mother. Hope you had a great mothers day.

zomg – LOVE that picture of your kids up top.
Those moments with the little baby flutters, those are the best 🙂 And my 6.5yo is amazing with how much he absorbs! I *do* love every stage, but so far, my favorite might have to be the early toddler stage. Those sweet hugs and gooey kisses, the loves without abandon – I could have that stage just about every day!

What a beautiful post! I am so far away from being a new mom (with a 15yo DD), but I am fairly new to being a mom of multiples. I really need to learn to find the joy in the every day and not get overwhelmed. I’m ever trying to improve, as a mother.
