Natural Learning, Wordless Wednesday
This week we asked: What does culture look like?
(Read more about natural learning on our resource page.)

From Sara: “Part of taking care of myself means making time for the things and people I loved well before becoming a mother. This picture is of me and my sister backstage for Miracle on 34th Street this past December.
I hope to have more theater adventures to blog about soon on This Mom Loves…”
We’ve been enjoying monthly cultural homeschool gatherings, like this one for Sankta Lucia day, a Swedish celebration.
Because we speak some German at home, I love to share German culture with the boys as well, such as putting our boots out for Nikolaustag.
Lauren blogs at Hobo Mama.
From Emily: “My oldest son and his carefully cultured sense of style.”
Emily blogs sporadically at Embrita Blogging.
Pop Culture: The kids love playing Beatles Rock Band with their daddy. This time they sang a duet and got 99%.
Shannon blogs at Pineapples & Artichokes.
Jorje appreciates opportunities to expose her children to their native culture.
Jorje enjoyed an Obento hobby for awhile.
It is a great way to make healthy choices more fun.
Jorje blogs at Momma Jorje.
From Laura: “A pioneer bird and rabbit for my daughter’s covered wagon project.”
Laura blogs at WaldenMommy: Life Behind the Red Front Door
Jennifer from True Confessions of a Real Mommy enjoys
cultivating an appreciation for all things
Kellie blogs at Our Mindful Life.
