This week we asked: What do gardens look like?

(Read more about Healthy Eating and Living on our resource page.)

From Kymberlee of Our Crazy Corner of the World:
“Last summer we had a lot of hail storms that kept breaking branches off the tomato plants.
It was okay though, that just meant more fried green tomatoes, fresh from the garden!”

Playing in the inch or two of snow which was the first (and only) snowfall this year in Seattle.

Shannon blogs at Pineapples & Artichokes.

In this picture from 2011, Julia looks over the late June garden.
Her mom, Sara, blogs at ThisMomLoves

Everyone enjoys gardening!

Ana blogs at Panda & Ananaso.

Jorje tried her hand at her own container garden plan using milk crate hugelpots.

It started out lovely, but the season didn’t really go well for her.
