This week we asked you to share your library with us:

(Read more about natural learning on our resource page.)

Shannon blogs at Pineapples & Artichokes.

From Lauren of Hobo Mama: “We’ve been taking our kids to the library since they were babies. We get
stacks of books, DVDs, and magazines every week and love the variety! Mikko and Alrik love racing
around the children’s section, playing with the toys, and pulling as many books off the shelves
to check out as their arms can hold (or mine!).”

Captivated

Marybeth blogs at Downside Up&Outside In.

From Charise of I Thought I Knew Mama: “This is the gingerbread house my two year old made at the library. We go to the library twice a week, and it is our home away from home. We love all of the free classes and activities, and typically have out about 30 children’s books at any one time. We are so thankful for this amazing resource.”

George proudly displays the sign he received for completing his local library’s summer reading program.

From George’s Mama: “The library gives us a chance to cozy up with a new story whenever we want.”

George’s Mama blogs at Very, Very Fine.

An auntie/niece date to the library

My very first library card! Ready for some reading!

See more at That Mama Gretchen.

From Jorje: “Our library branch has a program where kids get to read to a dog.
Tyler loved this when she was 11 years old.”

Jorje also got
married at that library!
(it was
very low key)

See more of Jorje’s family, in and out of the library, at Momma Jorje.

Tell us about your library.
