Moira’s been learning the Brain Dance at her ballet class. It’s a series of songs and movements that take kids through the eight developmental movement patterns for healthy humans. When she gets overwhelmed while we go about our day to day activities, we try to take a moment to do some Brain Dancing, and it helps her calm herself down.
