It doesn’t take much to make a 16mo happy. This activity was as simple as
several colored craft (popsicle) sticks and an empty water bottle.

Too bad she didn’t have more fun with it once it was done.

Shannon blogs at Pineapples & Artichokes.

Mikko helped his mama create and test a huge stash of
busy bags
prior to the birth of his little brother.

From Charise of I Thought I Knew Mama: “In the summer, our busy bags are filled with cars
and trucks and sand toys. These things can keep our kids busy for hours!”

This ring-of-ribbons busy bag was very helpful in keeping
Spencer distracted during his heart scan after surgery.

This is one of Sasha’s favorite busy bag activities!

That medicine dropper activity looks perfect for my son. I’m going to try it this week!

Sasha loves it and even though I don’t keep it with the busy bags, she just asks for it from time to time. I’ve seen it done with other droppers (like for eyes), but pharmacies will give these big droppers for free and they’re perfect for Sasha’s little hands.
