This week we asked: What do routines look like?
(Read more about providing consistent and loving care on our resource page.)

Shannon took a picture a month in the same chair, with the same toy, of her kids for the first two years of their lives.
These are the pictures of them at 7 months.
Shannon blogs at Pineapples & Artichokes.
Elliott loves to help with the breakfast routine.
A routine homeschooling day for Kellie’s family.
Kellie blogs at Our Mindful Life.
At first it may have seemed like such a challenge for Jennifer at True Confessions of a Real Mommy to have a toddler who can’t stay asleep alone, but still needed to nap. But letting go of expectations, and developing a “Quiet Time” for their family is the best thing they could have done.
Jorje had a hard time getting consistent with routines, but this checklist made it fun and easy.
She later made a new version with magnets and photos of her own daughter.
Jorje blogs at Momma Jorje.
